Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We ship all domestic orders daily via UPS. Most orders will be received within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking notification that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
International Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all “instock” international order daily if received before 10 AM EST via UPS. Most orders will be received within 4-10 business days. You will receive a tracking notification that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.
- If the product has still not been delivered after 30 Business days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. Please note that customers outside the USA shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
