Over the last month, we purchased 7 items from Noah at NMW Crafts. This review is for the 4 foot carmel (cedar) wishing well with white trim. After very friendly back and forth emails with Noah for a couple of days over a weekend, we ordered this and 2 related same color matching items (5 foot windmill and 5 foot lighthouse) around 1PM on a Monday and received all 3 items around 2PM on the Wednesday, 2 days later. Amazing fast service. UPS did a number on the box and obviously dropped the box several times and mishandled it as the box was severely damaged in shipping. After all the UPS abuse, only the well base sustained damage to the point that it could not be used. Emailed Noah immediately and explained the situation and he responded within 15 minutes with a plan to save the day--he sent out new replacement base portion that arrived 2 days later. Beautiful item that is part of our back patio cedar and white theme. Easy to put together and will last a lifetime with no maintenance. Wife put nice flowers in the bucket--looks great. Noah is fantastic. Best customer service ever.
